 The Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People’s Congress promulgated the revised "Regulations on the Administration of Patriotic Health of Hainan Province". The revised "Regulations" stipulate that "it is prohibited to use indoor public places and public transportation, schools, kindergartens, medical and health institutions, etc. Smoking in places” includes e-cigarettes in the ban on smoking, and requires that smoking areas set up in outdoor public places should not be located on pedestrian passageways. At the same time, the new "Regulations" also clarified the standards for penalties for violations of the law.
